Basmati rice is one of the most consumed in the world, as well as the most used variety in India. It is mainly characterized by being a fine and long grain rice, and is well known for its delicate fragrance and delicious flavor.

ELABORATION It is recommended to wash the rice before cooking to remove the starch. It can be boiled in plenty of water, like pasta. The cooking time is approximately 20 minutes
