Gunpowder green tea
Gunpowder is one of the most common green teas in the West. Its name is due to the fact that the leaves are rolled into «balls» reminiscent of the old gunpowder cartridges used by the English. As they are rolled, the leaves retain their properties much better. It is the tea used to make the typical mint tea or moruno tea in Morocco.
