Nutritional yeast
The nutritional yeast enriched with B12, has a mild flavor, between nut and cheese, which will enhance the flavor of your preparations. For its flavor, it is widely used as a substitute for grated cheese or to make vegan cheeses. In addition, given its nutritional value and its high protein content, it is a very complete food that can be added to almost any dish (cold or hot) as a condiment.

ALLERGENS May contain traces of cereals with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybrid varieties) and derived products, traces of soya and derivatives, traces of sesame and derivatives and traces of nuts in shell.
HOW TO USE: It can be sprinkled directly on salads or cold or hot dishes (as a substitute for grated cheese, for example). It can be added to soups, creams or sauces as a condiment or to enrich them nutritionally. It is used in the elaboration of vegan cheeses.
CONSERVATION Store nutritional yeast in a cool, dry place not exposed to light
