Fine sea salt Teneguía
Sea salt is a basic ingredient in any kitchen, as it helps to intensify the flavor of dishes and preserve food. This salt in particular, is obtained from the evaporation of sea water in the salt mines of Fuencaliente (La Palma), so it is a completely natural seasoning. In addition, in their «refining» process they do not add anti-caking agents or other chemical components, very common in the salt industries.

ALLERGENS No allergens. However, as it is a bulk store, and despite maintaining strict hygiene protocols, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.
CONSERVATION Store fine sea salt in a cool, dry place not exposed to light. In moist places, it is very common to mix it with rice grains or dried legumes.
