"Tejiendo redes" Organic artisanal granola
This artisanal and organic granola, made in Tenerife, is born from the union of several agricultural projects on the island led by women. It is made with surplus seasonal local fruits (strawberry, raspberry, banana...), gluten-free oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and it is sweetened with organic panela and honey from Icod. All these ingredients, meticulously selected by Lydia, the founder of this project, are mixed and baked at a low temperature for two hours, which enhances the flavors and makes this granola a unique, crunchy, and delicious bite.
