    Every week, we suggest a different menu with fresh vegetables and grains. We prepare a box that includes all the ingredients and we send you the recipes with easy instructions so you can cook the main dishes for the week. We think and make things easy for you! You will have everything ready to start cooking. Easy to make, nutritious, different and plant-based recipes.


    Quantities for 3-4 adults, based on average recommended requirements.
