Coarse Textured Soy
Product made from soy concentrate, high in protein (20-21 grams of protein per 100 grams of product) and very low in fat. It is a very versatile ingredient that absorbs flavors very well, so it can be used in many preparations as a substitute for minced meat.

PROCESSING Rehydrate the soy in water or broth, in equal parts (a little more water if you are going to boil it). For better digestion, we recommend boiling it until all the liquid is absorbed. Once rehydrated, cook it as you would with minced meat in any preparation. Soy has a neutral flavor, but it will absorb the flavor of the spices and condiments you add, so don’t cut yourself with them!

ALLERGENS It contains soy. It may contain traces of cereals with gluten, nuts with peel, sesame and derived products.
CONSERVATION Keep in a cool and dry place. Consume before the date indicated on the receipt. Once rehydrated, store in the fridge and cook before 2 days. Once cooked, it can be stored for longer in the fridge and also frozen.
