Easy and quick to prepare
INGREDIENTS Rice flour (90%) and water (10%)
ELABORATION Put plenty of water to boil, add noodles and remove from heat. Keep them in hot water until softened, remove from the water and prepare them to taste

CONSERVATION Keep noodles cool, dry and not exposed to light
