Provides very good amounts of magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and vitamin B1, plus carbohydrates and fiber
ALLERGENS Contains cereals with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, kamut...). May contain traces of soybeans and soy-based products, nuts, sesame and derived products
ELABORATION Mix oats with milk or water and heat while stirring until oats are softened. Season to taste.
CONSERVATION Store in a closed container, in a dry place and not exposed to light
