ORIGIN: La Medida (Güímar)
Rich in vitamine C and K, with a high fiber content. The leaves can vary through different tones of green and even red, although this has no effect on taste. It can be added to soups or simply sauteed with oil, garlic and boiled potatoes. To better preserve them as fresh as possible, keep in the fridge in a sealed container, wrapped in a wet cloth or kitchen paper.
